1. Helminth egg examination method

Add 1-2 drops of saline to the center of a clean slide, pick a matchhead-sized stool with a bamboo skewer, place it in the saline and smear it evenly, plus a coverslip for microscopic examination.

2. Live trophozoites examination method

Use a bamboo stick to pick mucus, pus and blood feces, coated into a thin fecal membrane, easy to observe the activities of trophozoites under the microscope. In winter, attention should be paid to heat preservation.
