Endo H (Endoglycosidase H), also known as endoglycosidase H, is cloned from Streptomyces plicatus and recombinantly expressed in E. coli. Endo H cleaves within the chitobiose core of high-mannose and some hybrid oligosaccharides from N-linked glycoproteins. It hydrolyzes the N-linked glycan chain between two N-acetylglucosamine residues, resulting in a glycoprotein structure with a single N-acetylglucosamine remaining attached. Endo H is used to determine protein glycosylation status, characterize glycan structures, and remove protein glycosylation.

Product Features
High Purity: No contaminating proteases or other glycosidases; purity ≥ 95%.
Consistent Quality: Strict quality control with activity and functional verification for each batch to ensure performance.
Broad Compatibility: Glycerol-free formulation; the digestion system is compatible with HPLC and mass spectrometry workflows.
Protocol
1. Reagent Preparation
Dissolve the Endo H lyophilized powder in 1 mL ddH₂O to prepare a 10,000 U/mL working solution. It is recommended to aliquot the solution according to single-use volumes and store at -20°C to minimize contamination.
2. Reaction Setup
Step 1: Denaturation Reaction
