15 mg/ml Luciferin Stock Solution for In Vivo Use (D-Luciferin & L-Luciferin)

Instructions

1. For a 15 mg/ml solution, dissolve 1.0 grams of D-Luciferin* into 66.6 ml DPBS without Ca2+ and Mg2+ .

2. Sterilize by filtering with a syringe filter.

3. Aliquot into tubes.

4. Freeze solution at -80˚C (Good for up to 1 year).

5. For intraperitoneal injection, thaw and use 100 µl of the 15 mg/ml solution per 10 g body weight (10 µl/g).

Note: Applies to D-Luciferin Potassium Salt (Aladdin L120798 D1375449 D1375455), D-Luciferin Sodium Salt (Aladdin D115509 D1375464 D1375459) for in vivo use.
