MEM Amino Acids solution contains eight essential amino acids, namely methionine, tryptophan, lysine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, and threonine, as well as two semi essential amino acids, arginine and histidine, and two non essential amino acids, tyrosine and cysteine. The content of various amino acids in MEM amino acids solution is 50 times higher than that in MEM culture medium, and it is one of the commonly used additives in cell culture.
