Two-color flow cytometric analysis of F4/80 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD11b Antibody (APC) (Ab231304) and either Rat IgG (Pacific Blue) (Ab216768; Left panel) or Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (Pacific Blue) (Ab232116; Right panel) at 0.5μg/test.
