IF/ICC: 1/200 Protein Function Molecular chaperone that promotes the maturation, structural maintenance and proper regulation of specific target proteins involved for instance in cell cycle control and signal transduction. Undergoes a functional cycle that is linked to its ATPase activity. This cycle probably induces conformational changes in the client proteins, thereby causing their activation. Interacts dynamically with various co-chaperones that modulate its substrate recognition, ATPase cycle and chaperone function. Post-translational Ubiquitinated in the presence of STUB1-UBE2D1 complex (in vitro). ISGylated. S-nitrosylated; negatively regulates the ATPase activity.

Recombinant Hsp90 beta Antibody (Ab108942) - IF/ICC IF analysis of Recombinant Hsp90 beta Antibody (Ab108942) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant Hsp90 beta Antibody (Ab108942) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab181954) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
