Con A-stimulated (2 days) C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells (right panel) were then stained with CD25 Rat mAb (PE-Cy5) (Ab211662) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Rat IgG (PE-Cy5) (Ab190072). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were used as control (left panel).
