GRADE & PURITYCarrier Free?Carrier-free — supplied without added carrier protein/stabilizer. Use when carriers (e.g. BSA) would interfere with conjugation or sensitive assays.Validated?Validated grade — performance confirmed in defined applications before release. Use when you want documented assurance the reagent works as stated.Azide Free?Azide-free — without sodium azide preservative. Use in conjugations, cell work, or assays where azide is toxic or inhibitory.PBS Only?PBS-only formulation — supplied in phosphate-buffered saline with no other additives. Use when you need a clean PBS buffer free of stabilizers/carriers.≥95%(SDS-PAGE)See COA

Overview
Armenian Hamster anti Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody, Monoclonal (MD5-1), could be used for Flow, in vitro induction TRAIL-mediated apoptosis, in vivo induction TRAIL-mediated apoptosis and so on. Application: Flow: Use at an assay dependent concentration. in vitro induction TRAIL-mediated apoptosis: Use at an assay dependent concentration. in vivo induction TRAIL-mediated apoptosis: Use at an assay dependent concentration. Protein Function Receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TNFSF10/TRAIL. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis. Promotes the activation of NF-kappa-B. Essential for ER stress-induced apoptosis.
