Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD335/NKp46 expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were stained with NKG2A/C/E Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab212165) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant CD335/NKp46 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213322; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
