TCR V beta 4 Rat mAb (Ab188106) - Flow Cytometry Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR V beta 4 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD19 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab185395) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or TCR V beta 4 Rat mAb (Ab188106; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD19 versus TCR V beta 4 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
