Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent is a category of transfection reagents designed for in vivo targeted delivery. According to customer needs, it can target and deliver mRNA and siRNA to the lungs, spleen, liver, brain, and tumors, enabling efficient mRNA expression and siRNA silencing of the target gene.
Product Components and Storage Conditions:
| P751603 | Components | 100μL | 500μL | 1.5mL | Storage |
| P751603A | Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent | 100μL | 500μL | 1.5mL | 2-8℃ |
| P751603B | Transfection Buffer | 0.3mL | 1.5mL | 5mL | 2-8℃ |
Experimental Materials:
• This product contains two reagents: Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent and Transfection Buffer.
• High-purity nucleic acid stock solution (0.5–5 μg/μL)
Quality Control:
• The shelf life is 1 year when stored at 4 °C.
• Strict quality inspection has confirmed that this product is free from biological contamination.
Precautions:
• Prepare the RNA-Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent complex at room temperature using enzyme-free and sterile tubes, with an incubation time of 20–30 minutes.
• This product should be stored tightly sealed at 4°C, and repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
• For in vivo transfection, in the case of intratumoral delivery, the in vivo transfection can be optimized by adjusting the tumor volume, the dosage and concentration of mRNA, and the dosage of Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent.
• After using the transfection reagent, please close the lid immediately to avoid prolonged exposure to air, which may affect the transfection efficiency.

Example of effects of in vivo transfection with Firefly Luciferase mRNA and siRNA respectively:

For in vivo transfection, optimize the transfection conditions according to the weight of mice. The ratio of Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent (μL) to RNA (μg) can be adjusted within the range of 3:1 to 6:1. For intratumoral delivery, it is optimal to keep the tumor volume within 50 mm³ - 200 mm³.

Table 1. Transfection Dosages for Mice of Different Body Weights
| Mouse Weight | Recommended Tumor Volume | Dosage of Liver-Targeted High-Efficiency In Vivo Transfection Reagent | Dosage of RNA |
| 15 g | 100 mm³ | 49 μL | 12 μg |
| 20 g | 100 mm³ | 65 μL | 15 μg |
| 25 g | 100 mm³ | 82 μL | 19 μg |
| 30 g | 100 mm³ | 98 μL | 23 μg |
