Two-color flow cytometric analysis of PD1/CD279 expression on mouse splenocytes. Flow Cytometry analysis of unstimulated (left) or 500 ng/mL Ionomycin (I139530) and 10 ng/mL PMA (P408905) co-stimulated (right) C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD4 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab181110) and PD1/CD279 Armenian hamster mAb (Ab120761) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD4 versus PD1/CD279 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
