Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD103 expression on mouse lymph node cells. C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells were stained with CD3 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab185408) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or CD103 Rat mAb (Ab093648; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD3 versus CD103 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
