Qinpi is the bark of Fraxinus Chinensis Poxb or F. rhynchophylla Hance or F. bungeana DC, which is bitter in flavor and slightly cold in nature. It is bitter in flavor and slightly cold in nature. It has the effects of clearing heat, drying dampness and astringency. It is mainly used for treating warm dysentery, red eyes and tumors.
