Operation method

Coagulation time test experiment

Principle

When blood leaves the body and comes into contact with a negatively charged surface (glassware), E.D. factors are activated, followed by a series of coagulation factors that are successively activated to convert fibrinogen to fibrin, a process known as the coagulation time.
