Summary

Han Fangzhi is the root of Stephania tetrandra S. Mcore, a species of the genus Stephania in the family Fangzhiidae, which is an expectorant, antipyretic and analgesic drug, and its active ingredients are alkaloids. The main ones are hanfengzhi methylin and hanfengzhi ethylin.
