Flow cytometry analysis of Podoplanin/gp36 expression by C2C12 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with Podoplanin/gp36 Syrian hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab211192) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Syrian hamster lgG-kappa (Biotin), anti-HEL (Ab212172). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
