Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR Valpha24-Jalpha18 (iNKT cell) expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with CD19 Mouse mAb (APC) (Ab189646) and either Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306; Left panel) or TCR Valpha24-Jalpha18 (iNKT cell) Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab210013; Right panel) at 0.3 μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
