How many slices can I do with 20μI when I have IHC lab-applicable antibodies?
First of all, customers need to estimate the amount of antibody to be used according to the antibody specification & pre-test results, different samples, due to the different expression of antigen, the antibody dilution ratio will be different. For example: for a certain antibody IHC experiment, the pre-test confirms that according to the dilution ratio of 1:50, under normal circumstances, a slice needs to add 100μl of diluted antibody, that is, a slice needs 2μl of antibody, 20μl can do about 10 slices.
