Matters needing attention：

1. when the tube is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature first, and then the tube sealing film should be opened to open the product, so as to avoid moisture regain and affect the use effect of the product. 2. when the marking volume is large, it is recommended to use a blender in the marking process. 3. the best labeling environment is 0.01M pH7.4 PBS, which should not contain glycerol, sodium azide, amino substances (including glycine, Tris, etc.), EDTA and other substances. 4. if it contains the above substances, it is recommended to use PBS for full dialysis or ultrafiltration tube to remove the above substances.
