Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR γ/δ expression on lymph node. Lymph node cells were stained with CD3 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab185408) and either Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab135991; Left panel) or TCR γ/δ Armenian Hamster mAb (Ab130565; Right panel) at 5.0 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD3 versus TCR γ/δ (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
