Product Introduction:
This dNTP Mixture is a mixed solution of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP, each with a concentration of 2.5mM. It is suitable for various conventional molecular biology reactions such as PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or ordinary DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling, etc. This dNTP solution was prepared with ultrapure water and adjusted to pH 7.0-7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 2.5mM per solution. The concentrations of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP were all 2.5mmol/L. This dNTP solution does not contain DNase and RNase. This dNTP solution has been tested and can be directly used for various conventional molecular biology reactions such as PCR.
