Why didn't I detect the activity of the recombinant protein in the experiment?
Analysis time is critical. Each analysis needs to be optimized and performed at the peak time of response. Different types of cells may have different responses to growth factors or cytokines. We recommend that users repeat our quality control (QC) analysis with the same indicator cells according to the recommended method in the product manual to observe whether similar reaction results can be obtained. In addition, serum may also mask the response of cells. Some types of analytical experiments may require serum starvation treatment of cells.
