Can this product be used directly for staining of adherent cells? Can it be used to stain live cells and determine apoptosis by staining?
This product is only suitable for staining fixed cells, it is not recommended to stain live cells directly or use DAPI staining to determine apoptosis. To determine apoptosis, it is recommended to use specialized kits, such as TUNEL, Annexin V-FITC, etc.
