Overview
Rabbit anti Human Plastin L Antibody, Polyclonal, could be used for WB, IHC and so on. Application WB: 0.01-2µg/mL IHC: 5-20µg/mL Function Actin-binding protein. Plays a role in the activation of T-cells in response to costimulation through TCR/CD3 and CD2 or CD28. Modulates the cell surface expression of IL2RA/CD25 and CD69. Post-translational Phosphorylated on a serine residue in response to costimulation through TCR/CD3 and CD2 or CD28. Serine phosphorylation promotes association with the actin cytoskeleton and targeting to peripheral cell projections. The N-terminus is blocked.

Plastin L Antibody (Ab122265) - IF/ICC IF analysis of Plastin L Antibody (Ab122265) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes and then blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Plastin L Antibody (Ab122265) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab181954) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
