Flow cytometry analysis of MHC class II I E kappa expression by rat splenocytes cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with MHC class II I E kappa Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab210121) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
