1X Solution Composition:137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 9.5 mM Phosphate buffer Does not contain magnesium or calcium. Solution is 0.2 µm filtered into bottles and autoclaved. Ready-to-use as supplied. pH at 25°C (1X PBS): 7.1 – 7.7 DNase, RNase, Protease none detected. Suitable for cell culture.
