Fc epsilon receptors

There are two types of Fc epsilon receptors: Fc epsilon RI and Fc epsilon RII. Fc epsilon RI is a high-affinity receptor that is involved in the initiation of allergic reactions, while Fc epsilon RII is a low-affinity receptor that is involved in the regulation of immune responses.
