Relaxin family peptide receptors
Relaxin family peptide receptors (RXFPs) are a family of G protein-coupled receptors that are activated by relaxin family peptides (RXFPs). To date, four RXFPs have been identified in humans: RXFP1, RXFP2, RXFP3, and RXFP4. These receptors are widely expressed in various tissues and organs and play a role in regulating various biological processes such as cardiovascular function, reproduction, and cancer progression.
