Neuropeptide Y receptors

Neuropeptide Y receptors are a class of G protein-coupled receptors that are activated by neuropeptide Y (NPY), a neuropeptide that is involved in the regulation of several physiological processes such as feeding behavior, energy homeostasis, and stress response. There are four known NPY receptors: Y1, Y2, Y4, and Y5.
