Neuropeptide FF/neuropeptide AF receptors
Neuropeptide FF/neuropeptide AF receptors are a class of G protein-coupled receptors that are activated by neuropeptide FF (NPFF) and neuropeptide AF (NPAF), two structurally related neuropeptides that are involved in the regulation of several physiological processes such as pain perception, stress response, and cardiovascular function. There are two known NPFF/NPAF receptors: NPFFR1 and NPFFR2.
