VIP and PACAP receptors

Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) are two closely related neuropeptides that play important roles in regulating various physiological processes such as circadian rhythms, immune response, and inflammation. Both VIP and PACAP exert their effects by binding to specific G protein-coupled receptors in the brain and other tissues.
